Privacy Policy

Left2Right (the “Game”) is a family-friendly title published on Google Play by Veka Studios. This policy states that the Game is child-directed (including under 13) and is designed to collect no user data. The Game is fully playable offline and contains no ads, analytics, in-app purchases or messaging/social features.

• No data collected. We do not collect, process, or share personal or non-personal user data. We do not request name, email, phone, or any identifiers.
• No device/advertising IDs. We do not access or use the Android Advertising ID (AAID) or other device identifiers.
• No network calls to our servers. The Game does not transmit gameplay or telemetry to us; we do not operate backend servers for this Game.

The Game is built with the Unity engine runtime. We have intentionally not integrated and do not initialize Unity Services that could collect data, including but not limited to:

• Unity Analytics — not included / disabled
• Unity Ads / Mediation — not included / disabled
• Unity IAP — not included / disabled
• Cloud Diagnostics / Crash & Performance — not included / disabled
• Authentication, Remote Config, Cloud Save, Leaderboards — not included / disabled

Accordingly, the Game does not send data to Unity or other third parties for ads, analytics, diagnostics, or personalization.

Child-directed statement: This app is directed to children under the age of 13 and is designed to comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families Policy Requirements.

No personal data collection: The app does not collect or share any personal or non-personal user data. No analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies are used.

Unity engine disclaimer: The game is built with the Unity engine. Unity Services such as Analytics, Ads, In-App Purchasing, and Cloud Diagnostics have been disabled or are not integrated. Therefore, no data is transmitted to Unity or any third parties.

This app follows the principles of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

The app also complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for children’s data protection.

The Game does not request runtime device permissions (no camera, microphone, contacts, location, storage beyond on-device app data). It functions offline.

Game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device and are not transmitted off the device. You can delete them any time via Android Settings → Apps → Left2Right → Storage → Clear data.

Because we do not collect user data, we do not retain personal data. On-device data remains on your device. No network transmission of user data occurs.

As no personal data is collected, most privacy rights (access, deletion, portability) are not applicable. If you believe data has been collected in error or you have any questions, contact us and we will assist promptly.

We may update this policy if features change. Any update will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
